Work Process
First of all, we and project partners will prepare project action plan. This plan will include project's objectives,
tasks and how goals will be achieved, how official invoices will be kept, the criterions of selecting people, time of
collection of end products, criterions of questionnaires according to the necessities and expectations, project
schedule including all activities, risk plan (ways of avoiding meeting risks).
All project partner coordinators will form project team at their schools. This team will form task leaders, task
leaders will be responsible for choosing students, informing them about the project activities, distributing duties to
them, preparing the students to project meeting and duties, observing the participants during activities for
measuring the quality of their performance, preparing surveys, questionnaires, pre and post tests and
implementing them to students and teachers.
